Project Description

Penn State Adaptive Athletics: Competition & Athlete Spotlight Graphics

Designed social media graphics promoting wheelchair basketball competitions and a "Get to Know" athlete series. Created engaging visuals that built excitement for games while showcasing each athlete's background, achievements, and personality.

Having competed in adaptive sports myself, including wheelchair basketball, this project was especially meaningful. My personal experience gave me a unique perspective on the impact of adaptive athletics, allowing me to authentically tell the stories of student athletes and celebrate their accomplishments through thoughtful, engaging design.

Goal: Increase awareness of Penn State Adaptive Athletics, strengthen fan engagement, and highlight the dedication and achievements of adaptive student athletes through impactful visual storytelling. I also wanted to give the program a very professional and clean look that stands out.

Results: My graphics helped increase engagement across Penn State Adaptive Athletics' social media platforms, generating over 17,000 impressions, 1,000+ engagements, and more than 700+ likes throughout the season.
